 PRIVATE & CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES 

Private yoga instruction gives you the opportunity to work one-to-one with me. Privates are taught in the comfort of your own, or my home and each session will focus on your individual needs with gentle hands-on guidance. Learn proper alignment for your specific body type, address injuries or life changes, and deepen your understanding of yogic breathing, yoga philosophy, and meditation techniques.

Beginner’s Class

Perfect for the first-time yoga student who wants to feel comfortable starting a yoga practice at home or in a studio. Young or old, I have experience teaching all ages and levels.

Basic Class

Focus on beginner level pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (physical practice), and meditation.

Intermediate Class

A more advanced practice linking breath and movement; introduction to inversions, more challenging back bends, and arm balances.

Advanced Class

A challenging class with advanced pranayama and meditation.

Restorative

A slow, gentle class using props (bolster, block, etc.); an excellent option if you are healing from an injury or have an illness.

Sports-Specific

Complement your golf, tennis, skiing, swimming, running (or any other sports program) with a yoga routine that will increase flexibility and focus, and decrease the risk of injury.

Corporate Classes

Held at your offices. I have taught yoga to lawyers, stockbrokers, and the film industry.
